Last updated October 28, 2026. Crisp Labels is made by EMBE LABS LLC ("we").
What we access
When you install Crisp Labels, Shopify gives us your store's domain and an access token, and we read product data (titles, variants, SKUs, barcodes, prices, vendors and product links) only to print the labels you ask for. We don't access customer or order data.
What we store
- Your store's domain and the access token Shopify issues, so the app can work.
- Label templates you save.
- How many labels your store printed each month, for plan limits.
Labels are drawn in your browser. Product data used for a print run isn't stored on our servers.
Sharing
We don't sell or share your data. It's stored with our hosting and database providers only to run the app.
Deleting your data
When you uninstall, we delete your access token. Shopify then asks us to remove your store's data, and we delete your templates and usage records. You can also ask us to delete it sooner.
